The summer holidays at KinderRijk started off perfectly: on July 14 and 15, our out-of-school care children went on an adventure during OntdekRijk BSO 2025. For two full days, they discovered new talents, worked together, and experienced a world full of creativity, nature, sports, and music.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Spread across the grounds, there were seven “Rijken” (realms) to explore. In TimmerRijk<\/strong> (Woodcraft Realm), the children built the coolest constructions with wood, nails, and hammers. In MuziekRijk<\/strong> (Music Realm), they discovered their sense of rhythm with the Klankenkaravaan<\/em>. In LetterRijk<\/strong> (Language Realm), they went on a word hunt, searching for hidden words all over the area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n NatuurRijk<\/strong> (Nature Realm) brought wonder and awareness, together with the Duurzame Ontdekbus<\/em> (Sustainable Discovery Bus). In CreaRijk<\/strong> (Creative Realm), the children worked together to create a magical painting on the tiles of the terrain. In SportRijk<\/strong> (Sports Realm), they tried out different sports, guided by the Beweegbus<\/em> (Move Bus).<\/p>\n\n\n\n And in DansRijk<\/strong> (Dance Realm), all the groups learned a cheerful dance to the OntdekRijk song. On the final day, we all danced together \u2013 children and staff \u2013 on the big field. A festive and joyful moment to wrap up these two days!<\/p>\n\n\n\n In between, the children enjoyed storm courses and bouncy castles. Climbing, scrambling, falling, and getting back up again \u2013 it was all part of the fun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We enjoyed all the discoveries, the teamwork, and the cheerful atmosphere.
