From the age of eight, your child will increasingly want to have their own place, and their needs will change as their world gets bigger. We respond to this by adapting the surroundings to what your child needs and finds inspiring. The over-eights get more freedom, both indoors and outdoors. And we give them more independence and offer them more challenging activities so that they can really do their thing.
After school, your child can choose from a range of activities centred around their hobbies, interests and age. These may vary from sports to multimedia, from building to cooking, from drawing and painting to drama. And dancing with the Wii, playing on the computer, reading or playing a board game also give children plenty of energy.
Under the professional supervision of Sportbedrijf Amstelveen your child can try out different sports such as boxing, climbing on a climbing wall or free-running.
Homework assistance programme
At some of our centres your child can follow a homework assistance programme. Our staff then make sure your child gets the help they need to do their homework before the go off and play.
